The owner Larry, who has forty-five years of experience in the HVAC industry, is celebrating the company's thirtieth anniversary with his Business Partner who is also his Father.
Larry's inspiration on starting the company was due to his motivation to want to help people and wanting to navigate challenges in life. The two most important values when it comes to Air-Star Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. are exceptional customer service and maintaining quality control. When asked where he saw his business in the next five years, Larry stated, "Business will be booming; people look for courtesy service and prompt attention and we give that here".
When Larry is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife of almost forty-four years, his one child, and four grandchildren. He also enjoys hunting and fishing when he's not working or spending quality time with his family.

Meet Shelby Davis! ๐Ÿ˜„ Shelby recently joined the Jerry Anderson State Farm team, and is the first smiling face you see when you walk through our door. Shelby was born in Rock Springs, Wyoming, where she grew up surrounded by three brothers and their loving parents. In 2018, life brought her down south to Haughton, Louisiana, and she has been here ever since. Shelby graduated from Haughton High School, and these days you can usually find her spending time with her sweet cat, Pinto Beans. You can also find her nose-dived in a book or spending time with her family.

She was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, and has called Northwest Louisiana home for many years. She graduated from Waskom, TX, and moved to South Bossier in 2005. She and her husband have been married for five years and now live in Haughton, where their kids attend Bossier Parish schools. She is a proud mom of four: two girls (17 and 12) and two boys (19 and 14). She has been in the insurance industry since 2017, focusing on life insuranceโ€”because helping families protect their futures means everything to her. She is also licensed in health insurance, and in 2024, she joined us and added home and auto insurance to better support our customers at every stage of life. Outside of work, she enjoys her family and caring for her home and chickens.
