Congratulations to Jared and Sarah Cody on the purchase of their first home! Jared came to me with loan program/type questions. Even though they had a pre approval from their bank, it wasnt the best loan type for them. I was able to get them into a 0% down program and find a better rate for them than previously quoted! This the importance of shopping your lenders!! Some will offer different loan types and have better rates for cheaper!
