I'm back and I'm breaking tradition for this page and doing a 5-card daily draw. Now, the cards tell a story. I hope that this finds who it's meant for, and I hope you find it empowering. So, what's the story here?

We see a person in your life who is selfish and abusive. They use you and they have no loyalty, no commitment to you. All you're left with is an emptiness, the feeling of neglect and rejection, wondering why it has to be like this. We see external forces swaying your decision to stay, to stick it out and just try. But, at the end of it all, we see someone who is strong of heart and kind; we see hope.

If you see this and you feel perceived, take this as your sign to do what's right for you. Damn what anyone else thinks.

We're still only 15hrs into the initial grinding stage, but look at these gorgeous click clacks! 😍 Can't wait til I can finally get these babies nice and polished. Especially these biggo chunks of tigers eye and amethyst. I love carnelians and dalmatian jasper and snowflake obsidian, but I have so many already 😅 Oh, and there's a nice BIG chunk of rose quartz too! Stay tuned for the next -checks watch- three weeks.

I missed yesterday, and I'm late today, but here's a three for two. We've got our Nine of Cups, reversed Gen of Cups, and Five of Wands.

The Nine of Cups is one of my favorites, and I often use it for manifestation ! It is a symbol not just of reaping the reward of hard work, but taking the time to truly enjoy the success that's come your way. It's okay to be proud of your achievements, big and small, and it's okay to celebrate you and all the steps you've made in growth. While you're out there toiling for growth — financial, spiritual, emotional, physical — don't forget to stop every once in a while to celebrate progress.

The Ten of Cups in Reverse and Five of Wands actually go hand in hand as far as the message goes.

For one, you've got the Ten of Cups reversed indicating a distinct lack of harmony in a relationship, be it family or romantic. Secrets and arguments divide a home, creating a rift and rocking your life with a sense of instability. Following that is our Five of Wands, where you see a group of folks wielding sticks at one another, seemingly arguing and shouting at one another.

My takeaway from it is that current division in your life is caused by involved parties not actually listening to each other. Everyone wants to be heard, for their issue to be elevated, but nobody wants to listen. But you can't solve anything when you're talking over and being talked over in turn. Consider stepping back and listening, and asking them to do the same. While you might not agree or be able to mend what's been fractured, there's less chaos once the shouting's done, and clearer heads will prevail.

Card of the day! Card of the day! 🎶

Now, the Knight of Swords is someone that represents not just ambition, but someone who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals. Now, reversed?

It's not that you don't have goals, or the energy to pursue them. You are vibrating with energy, but you can't direct it. You're lacking the time, the space, the resources. The people around you aren't prepared. You are overflowing with energy and have no way to put it into what's going to help you grow. It's frustrating, I know.

Sit back. Breathe. Channel that energy into reexamining where you are and where you want to be. Tweak your plans, or even your goalpost. Don't let the frustration of stagnation win you over.

I decided to draw three today, actually, and here's what we've got. So. What's the story?

Ignoring your intuition. Stagnation. Intellectual power.

If you find yourself stuck in a repetitive cycle of failure, falling short of your goals, you might find that it's because you're not quite paying attention to your intuition. And I get that. It can be scary to follow your gut when it feels that it may defy logic, but you should have some faith in yourself. Trust your intuition and move forward in careful, reasonable steps and you will find yourself climbing out of that hole you've gotten stuck in. Just remember: no shortcuts. Life is not a race. Eager as you may be to accomplish your dreams, don't forsake patience.

Card of the day today? Of course! We've got the Emperor — but in reverse. So, let's talk a little about him. The Emperor in an upright position is indicative of someone not just in a position of authority, but someone who has their ship in order. He is disciplined and offers protection and support. The reverse, as you well know, is the opposite.

This indicates the presence of someone in your life that is trying to control everything, recklessly and with little care as to how things end. They lack the discipline of the Emperor, a horrible fun house mirror image of a person meant to use their strength to uplift and guide. But, speaking of mirrors, look at yours. It could very well be you getting in your own way. Identify and acknowledge the obstacle. Adapt. Overcome.

Card of the day! Lookie here! Today is for the Knight of Wands. You feel that energy surging through you? That need to get up and DO something, to plan something? Do it. Pursue your goals, make that move, and harness all that energy. This is an excellent way to start your weekend.

BUT do keep in mind, as always, that you should not bite off more than you can chew. Be realistic and take it step by step.

Four years ago today, I got my absolute favorite deck! Then my kids spilled water on them earlier this year 🥴 Now I'm rocking with the Modern Witch's deck, but I really can't wait to get this deck again. The artwork is sublime.
