🐾 Happy National Dog Day! 🐾

Today was so busy, we almost forgot to recognize that it’s National Dog Day! 🐶❤️

I had Hazel with me at the office today. As you can see, she has a perfectly comfortable bed to lay in… and still chose the hard floor instead. 😂 Because, why not!

What do you do in the morning to clear your mind and get ready for the workday?

Our agency wants to get to know all of YOU a little better, so here’s a fun challenge: Take a picture of your morning “mind-clearing” routine and share it with us! 📸

For me, I choose to get up early and enjoy the quiet morning with Hazel 🐾. I’ll have a cup of coffee or tea, tend to my flowers, get some fresh air, and enjoy a little peace before the craziness of the day begins.

Strength Shop is so much more than a gym. It truly feels like a family. ❤️

I’ve gained so many great friendships through The Strength Shop, and the atmosphere there is something special. They do so much for our youth and our community, and I’m proud to be a part of it.

Now, if only all those weights and classes could do something about my golf slice… 🏌️‍♀️😂
