"So, what are your non-negotiables with your career?"
Here’s a glimpse of my past:
- I changed jobs a few times before landing my dream job with higher pay and better benefits.
- Worked 50–60-hour weeks, from 6 am to 3 pm.
- My time off? Always on someone else’s schedule.
- No flexibility, not enough family time, and limited vacation.
- Unpaid time for emergencies.
Then, I took a leap of faith and stepped into the insurance business. Now? My time, my schedule, my family, and my lifestyle have all changed.
Flexibility, uncapped financial earnings, and working alongside others who share the same dream and passion. We make a real difference in people’s lives.
Was it easy? Not at all. But that small step of bravery became the biggest and best decision I ever made. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it!
God is always first for me, but if I had to choose one thing that matters most, it’s TIME. Time with my family and everything else that matters to me. This is my WHY. Time is precious and non-negotiable.
