DO NOT EVER SIGN a contract with an "AOB Clause", contractors do not use AOB to make your life easier, but to make their lives easier and TO GET MORE MONEY!!! Flood zones are being re drawn due to the money spent by government funding in the last 10 years. Due to disastrous Hurricanes & record setting flooding. Tip for today! When getting any type of insurance always make sure your agent informs you about coverages you may want to consider. Sometimes what you need might not be available through that agency but is available elsewhere. It is each agents lawful obligation to be 100% transparent about each coverage type you should carry. It is ultimately up to you, the customer to accept or deny the proposed coverage. As long as you know what should be considered, you will be informed & prepared.
