Allstate Insurance Agent: Dugger Agency Glennice graduated with honors from Macon County High School in Montezuma, Georgia and attended Valdosta State University on a basketball scholarship.

After college graduation in 1982 with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts Degree in Speech Communications and a minor in Public Relations, she worked as a Teller for 7 months in financial, May 31, 1983, she started her career representing Allstate Insurance Company in Macon as a Multi-line Claim Adjuster. She successfully shined in that position and within 2 1/2 years, while working at the Atlanta Claim office, she was promoted to Unit Claim Manager and assigned to the Macon Market Claim Office. Glennice became the primary hiring and training manager for the Macon office. She managed, mentored, trained and coached adjusters who handled claims for the state of Georgia. During her leadership, she was a main source for Allstate Agents and assisted them with any policy or claim related issues. From 2007 to 2009, Glennice was one of the Regional Frontline Process Masters for Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. During her successful years, she earned several awards, and recognition trips including, the Allstate Chairman's Award, the Good Hands Awards, Leader of the Year, several Distinguished Performance Awards, and several cruises.
After 35 great years as an Allstate Corporate employee, on September 28, 2018, Glennice retired from the claims division and became an Allstate Agency owner. Her agency opened on November 1, 2018, and is located at 789 Hwy 96 in Bonaire/Warner Robins, Ga.
