This is a one-time distribution to qualifying State Farm Mutual 🚗customers that had a State Farm Mutual 🚗 policy with dates ranging from January 1st, 2025-December 31st, 2025. This distribution is possible due to State Farm Mutual's financial strength and a stronger than expected underwriting performance in 2025. Individual payments will vary.

Customers will be notified when their payment is available. Happy 1 year work anniversary to this absolute rockstar! Emma is funny, hard-working, caring, and wonderfully sassy. This past year brought huge wins for her at work and in her personal life (she gets married in a month!) We are so lucky to have Emma on our team. Cheers to year one, little dog!

📅Appointments:
Tentatively scheduled to begin appointments next Friday, May 8th.
‼️APPOINTMENTS WILL BE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AT THIS LOCATION‼️
This site will be handling roughly 110 claims per day and to ensure the best possible experience for all involved - please assist us in creating an efficient process by having an appointment. Without an appointment, wait times may be longer and availability will be limited.

🚧Construction has begun and will wrap up over the weekend. However, final approval must be given by the fire marshal before appointments can officially begin. This means the start date may be subject to change depending on construction/approvals. We will keep you updated as we move throughout the process.

📲Scheduling Options When Filing a Claim:
- Virtual Appointments
- Customer Care Site Drive-Thru
- Select Service Vendors

We want the repair option that will work best for your household. However, it is important to note that virtual appointments may be the fastest option at this time. Select service providers are seeing limited availability and longer waits at this time. The customer care site appointments will be set by a claims handler when they contact you if your claim is chosen for this option.
