🚨SEVERE WEATHER CLAIM UPDATE 🚨

📍Customer Care Site Drive-Thru Location:
1831 W Kearney St, Springfield, MO 65803

📅Appointments:
Tentatively scheduled to begin appointments next Friday, May 8th.
‼️APPOINTMENTS WILL BE EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AT THIS LOCATION‼️
This site will be handling roughly 110 claims per day and to ensure the best possible experience for all involved - please assist us in creating an efficient process by having an appointment. Without an appointment, wait times may be longer and availability will be limited.

🚧Construction has begun and will wrap up over the weekend. However, final approval must be given by the fire marshal before appointments can officially begin. This means the start date may be subject to change depending on construction/approvals. We will keep you updated as we move throughout the process.

📲Scheduling Options When Filing a Claim:
- Virtual Appointments
- Customer Care Site Drive-Thru
- Select Service Vendors

We want the repair option that will work best for your household. However, it is important to note that virtual appointments may be the fastest option at this time. Select service providers are seeing limited availability and longer waits at this time. The customer care site appointments will be set by a claims handler when they contact you if your claim is chosen for this option.

👉IF you have filed - please keep an eye out for unfamiliar numbers. Our claims team will text before they call, but we know that unknown numbers can be easy to ignore.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this process. There are 250+ extra claims representatives assisting us at this time. The ball is rolling and help is on the way!!

We want to thank all of our customers for the patience and understanding that you have shown our office as we navigate the results of the severe weather that has taken place this week! We understand that this is a very hectic and stressful time for everyone involved. We are working diligently to make this process as smooth as possible. Our office has filed more than 100 claims within the last 48 hours and that number will continue to grow throughout the week.

State Farm has a catastrophe team that will be implemented in Springfield, Missouri (location TBD). They will have adjustors on site ready to help with autos that are still drivable but are needing repairs. When we learn of the location for this, we will let you know! We do advise those who have filed a claim to be keep a close watch on emails and text messages.
