Such a fun transaction!! 🏠💚

So happy to officially be closed on 770 E Parkview.
We spent a lot of evenings walking through homes, trying to find the right fit. Then this one had a price reduction that finally brought it into budget, so we decided to take a look.

Honestly, I may owe Carter a referral fee at this point. He tagged along to more showings than most buyers do, and he’s become surprisingly shrewd about real estate. The second we walked up, he looked around and said, “This is it!! This is soooo nice!! I could live here!”

And honestly? He was right. It was the one. My client knew it when she sat down in the living room and took it all in.

So glad I got to close another smooth deal with Paula Hubbert, always grateful for great teamwork and happy clients at the closing table. Although, I am sad that her client is moving away.
