You will handle incoming calls to the agency. There will be some follow up calls so you will want to not be afraid to talk on the phone. A confidence in using technology will be super helpful too. We would need you to help us if there is a language barrier if our bilingual agent is not available. Would start three days a week and if you think we are a fit, we can increase that too. There are bonuses and pto for internal sales promotions.
