He was very paitent and sympathetic with me when I got frustrated with trying to obtain all the documentation that was required for the loan. He kept me up to date with every step of the loan process though emails, text messages and phone calls. I never had to wait very long for a response to any questions I had. I liked that he took time out of his schedule to come to the signing of the closing documents. He genuinely cares and works for his clients.
