One will have 2 VA loans simultaneously and will be keeping his old home as a rental as part of his retirement strategy! We are honored and grateful to help these service members!!

Let's dispel some myths about the VA Home loan and give a big shout out to one of our clients who will be closing very shortly! VA Home buyers statistically speaking look a lot like conventional buyers on paper. This particular client has an 801 credit score and is putting $34K down on a $685,000 home. He has low debt to income ratios and money in the bank.

� MAJOR ADVOCACY WIN �

Breaking news: The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to temporarily lift its ban on buyers directly paying for professional real estate representation until the agency deems it necessary to engage in a formal rulemaking process, a VA official said Tuesday at a Mortgage Bankers Association conference in New York.

From NAR's chief advocacy officer: “NAR launched an all-hands advocacy effort on this issue, meeting with VA officials, engaging with lawmakers and rallying our industry partners to ensure this prohibition was lifted."
