In 2009, the real estate market collapsed.

We owned:
– A mortgage company
– A construction company
– A coaching company
– Multiple investment properties

Everything was leveraged.
Everything was exposed.

What most people don’t know…
The cash value inside our life insurance policy kept us from foreclosure and bankruptcy.

It allowed us to make our investors whole.

It gave us time.

I don’t share this often.
But it matters.

Jumping on the CHAT GPT wagon. Pretty incredible that it knows me as well as it does. I rarely use it. I’m old school 🏫 and spent many years writing copy for offline marketing ventures. I believe in speaking from the heart, ♥️ not asking AI to talk for me but I know it’s time to embrace this technology in a way that works for me. My wife is the ‘creative’ in our partnership, she embraces creativity and NOW… I do too! (I think) 🤔 She said “embrace your inner child… he wants to play!” So, I’m embracing him, allowing for creativity to be here, but I still want to use it carefully and not lose that personal touch in conversation or even in posting on social media platforms. I also appreciate “community fun” and this has been a nice break from the craziness in the world. ☀️

a beautiful morning with my beautiful Bride 👰‍♀️ of 30 years! We’re just soaking in the history at the White Bird Battlefield in Idaho! 🌿✨ What an incredible reminder of the brave souls who walked this land before us. It’s amazing to think about the stories hidden in every corner. Feeling grateful to connect with such an important piece of our past while enjoying the great outdoors. 🕊️💚 We LOVE a ‘wilderness’ drive through the great state we live in, IDAHO! Looking forward to seeing some of our Symmetry Family in Washington! Happy Thursday everyone!
