Staff Appreciation Lunch: Coverage & Crafts with Karen

One of the things I appreciate most about our team is that whenever we get together, the conversation naturally turns to how we can better support our agents and the customers they serve.

This quarter's Staff Appreciation Lunch gave us the opportunity to step away from our desks, enjoy lunch together, get creative, and connect in a different way. As we crafted, we laughed, shared ideas, talked through challenges, and exchanged solutions. It's amazing how often the best ideas come from simply sitting around a table together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made our first Coverage & Crafts with Karen such a success. It was fun to see everyone's creativity come to life, and even more rewarding to spend time together outside of our daily routines.

Taking time to invest in our people is always time well spent. Strong relationships, open conversations, and a little creativity go a long way toward building a team that's ready to support one another—and the customers we serve.

Question for you: If we host another crafty lunch, what should everyone make next?
