Nancy Lemas Associate Broker of KW Commercial specializes in the representation of tenants, sale of commercial
investment properties as well as SBA-504 owner occupied opportunities. She has been described as a "living legend" in the Commercial Real Estate Industry by her peers. Nancy is a true veteran of the Commercial Real Estate industry. She began her career at Marcus & Millichap in San Francis

co during the golden days of the 1980's. During her 8 years at Marcus & Millichap, Nancy was awarded the designation of Senior Investment Advisor, a title given to only 35 of the firm's 500 agents for their continuous sales production. After leading a successful career in the Bay Area, Nancy and her husband Ernie moved to Boise, Idaho with their two daughters; Natalie and Nicole. For the past 15 years Nancy has been successfully practicing Commercial Real Estate on the West Coast. Nancy was selected to serve as a member of the National Commercial Leadership Council (CLC) for KW Commercial. She also sits on the Presidents Advisory Council and provides her knowledge and expertise to the leadership of KW Commercial.
