This refinance was secured by a newly constructed 334-bed, Class-A student housing property in West Lafayette, Indiana. Located adjacent to Purdue University, the property has strong demand and positive leasing momentum.

A10 worked with a local sponsorship group to deliver a financing solution that paid off the construction loan and preferred equity, while giving the borrower time to fully stabilize the property.
