- Josh and Lauren are great to work with! They go out of their way to be responsive and are incredibly helpful with any questions I may have. Typically when I've switched insurance folks they are very responsive in the beginning and the communication dwindles after. Not with Josh and Lauren! They give me the same response time as they did when I first started working with them. They are incredibly knowledgable and have stayed on top of any concerns I have had with premium increases to keep us at or below our current premiums. I would recommend them to anyone I know!
