Our purchase had a lot of moving pieces: inspections, seller repairs, septic details, utility questions, appraisal/loan timing, rate questions, closing deadlines, and the normal stress that comes with buying a house. Through all of it, Nathan was steady, responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful.
What I appreciated most was that Nathan never made the process feel mysterious. He explained what was happening, what mattered, what needed action, and what could wait. When I had questions, he answered them directly. When something felt stressful, he helped bring it back down to the actual facts and next steps. That matters a lot when you are making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
Nathan also gave me confidence that the loan side was being handled professionally. We made it to final approval and clear to close, and that peace of mind was huge. I never felt like I was just another file sitting on someone’s desk. I felt like he actually cared whether this worked out well for my family.
If you are choosing a mortgage person, I would absolutely recommend Nathan. You want someone knowledgeable, calm under pressure, honest, responsive, and able to guide you through the process without making it more stressful than it already is. Nathan was that guy for us, and I would gladly work with him again.
