We bought our own office building!

But it gets better, we negotiated and owner carry with favorable terms and there are multiple tenants on the property. With the terms we negotiated and the tenants in place, we pay almost NOTHING on a monthly basis. In addition to that, there are some serious tax advantages to the strategy we are using.

And guess what else? As the property grows in value while tenants make our payments, we can use the equity we build to go out and do more deals just like this. But wait, there's more...You can do exactly the same thing.
