Hi, I’m Barb Dunn. I’ve spent over 25 years in real estate development and private capital, primarily helping investors place money into real assets that generate reliable long-term returns.

My work today focuses on connecting family offices and institutional capital with infrastructure opportunities, particularly data center development through Flux Core’s modular manufacturing platform. My role is bringing together the right investors, off-takers, and development partners so these projects move efficiently from land and power to long-term contracted revenue.
