Remembering this pivotal milestone in humanity, God chose to enact the greatest redemption plan of mankind. He humbled Himself, to serve and sacrifice in the most extreme way in an attempt restore every heart back to Him. If the LORD did it, we too can demonstrate His heart to others in ways we're capable. Stretch and challenge yourself to reach new levels of compassion, humility, and showing honor to those whom you feel may not "deserve it". Start by showing love, peace, and grace to your neighbor, co-worker, friends, etc. because God did it for those who would call Him their enemy.

Our deep desire and prayer is for all of our Partners, tenants, mentors, coaches, and associates to experience the peace of God, ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ด๐—ต ๐—š๐—ผ๐—ฑ, as promised in this verse. God covers us with his ๐—ฝ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ (wings) and provides protection ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ ๐—›๐—ถ๐—บ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜ ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐˜„๐—ต๐—ผ ๐—›๐—ฒ ๐—ถ๐˜€. After much prayer, we felt compelled to include this verse in our name as we have witnessed His protection and peace in our own family. A Family Legacy is ๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—น๐˜† About Wealthโฌ

In conjunction with the previous post, our second greatest priority in life is our family. We are blessed with two beautiful sons (Asher and Noah) who keep us smiling, chasing, and learning. You won't see much of them on social media, but know they are in the background being silly and giving us much of our 'why' in this business!

In order to achieve our goals of a healthy and balanced family lifestyle we prioritize quality time together, healthy diets, quality schooling, and a home located in a safe environment. All of these goals are influenced by financial hurdles, and Multifamily Real Estate investing can be an outstanding method to alleviate those restriction. When executed correctly, it can generate impactful passive income. In order to deliver, the investments we underwrite and source for our Principal Partners are required to satisfy conservative projected return metrics. We look for the right investments across the United States but focus on the metropolitan statistical areas listed on our website.

We have loved creating this business as a family, and can't wait to include Asher and Noah in the future so they can learn the value of hard work, commitment, and honoring our friends, business partners, and tenants!

Exulting Jesusโœ๏ธ While Building a Real Estate Enterprise๐ŸŒ‡๐Ÿ˜๏ธ

Over the past 3 years our lives have been nothing short of the phrase ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐˜๐—ผ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น. We've experienced so many of life's incredible, beautiful, difficult, and eye opening moments! In response and with a confident new year on the horizon, we decided to stop hoping for positive outcomes from the sidelines and take initiative to forge our family legacy. Thus we established Pinions Principal Partners, a real estate investing corporation.

To other businesses, it feels apropos to articulate monetary financial goals and benefits right out of the gate but we operate differently. We are called into this industry first as Christ followers and second as entrepreneurial real estate investors. You'll see more about real estate the more we share but the following is critical.

Our first mission and priority is to do our best to exemplify Jesus Christ with every person we encounter. We strive to operate in pursuit of the kingdom and character of God above all else (Matthew 6:33) because we have seen and experienced His grace, mercy, redemption, blessings, and promises fulfilled in our family firsthand.

As God led us to take the first steps in multifamily real estate the most prominent resounding phrase we heard is "๐—๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜‚๐˜€ ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜ ๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐˜†๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฒ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ต๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ ๐˜๐—ผ ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ". In light of this truth, we will never elevate currency, real estate, or wealth in all its forms above knowing and experiencing Jesus Christ. Quite frankly, with humble conviction, we believe they aren't even on the same playing field and diminishing what worthiness we can ascribe to Jesus would be a disservice to humanity and this business.
