About Us:
Farm Bureau has proudly served Idaho since 1947. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Licensed Insurance Producer Assistant to support client servicing, sales production, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage existing client policies, billing, mortgagee requests, and cross-selling
-Schedule and handle annual policy reviews and new business quoting
-Support all aspects of sales production from start to finish
-Deliver responsive, solutions-focused customer service
-Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team

What We’re Looking For:
-Active Idaho Insurance Producer License (required)
-Experience in insurance or retail sales preferred
-Strong customer service and organizational skills
-Self-starter with a positive attitude
-Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:
$17–$20/hour (DOE)
Bonus and commission opportunities
Paid time off
