ANNOUCEMENT ‼️
This property will be complete on Monday, November 8th, 2021!
We are very excited, this project took about 3 months, as proposed, and turned out wonderful! We will be doing a live walk through on Monday for the final reveal so stay tuned! This weekend we will be posting pictures of the “before” each day to get you pumped for the big reveal!

This kitchen is massive! It even has 2 extra ovens 😱
Side note: we only recommend painting cabinets if done *correctly*. This is why we hire a professional. Also, some cabinets are not worth painting. So make sure you take an honest look at your cabinets before you decide.

How’s the weather up there? ☀️

Sometimes we have to get up high or down low to inspect properties before we purchase them. Sometimes it’s gross 🤢 (ie basements) and sometimes it’s fun, but it’s always new!

Our 2 Mountain Home builds!

We were able to tear down the precious structure and split the lot and build 2 new houses on there!
We did this to
•Improve the neighborhood
•Provide safe, sturdy housing
•Provide housing available to the Air Force base
