We're proud to recognize Tricia Herrera, our Benefits Leader, for once again participating in the Global Leadership Summit, a two-day leadership development experience that brings together leaders from businesses, nonprofits, churches, schools, and communities around the world.
For approximately 10 years, Tricia has represented Garrett Insurance at the Summit hosted locally by Holy Ghost Lutheran Church in Fredericksburg, which as been a host site for about 15 years. The event provides local leaders with an opportunity to step away from the everyday and focus on learning, growing, and becoming better leaders for the people they serve.
This year's speakers challenged attendees to think differently about leadership, communication, workplace culture, and the kind of environment we create for our teams.
We're grateful for Tricia's continued commitment to learning and leadership, as well as the many volunteers at Holy Ghost Lutheran Church who invest their time to make this experience available to leaders in our community.
