Starting out she worked as data entry at a 1st job and within 3 months was recognized to be of immense value in the closing department. From that point on she flourished in the industry, learning new & different roles such as processing, post-closing, selling on the secondary market for correspondent lending. She became licensed in 2001 to originate mortgages as a mortgage broker and by 2004 she h

ad incorporated her own mortgage brokerage in Florida and began to grow her corporation, DS Financial Services. After moving to Texas in 2006, she has once again become a loan officer and is happy to be back to her roots as an originator. She has a passion for helping people whether it be purchasing their 1st home, assisting them as they downsize, helping them acquire investment property or helping them with refinancing. She has a serious and heartfelt respect for the veteran in this military city and is very knowledgeable with all programs to help a wide variety of borrowers. In every aspect of the process, Dionni strives for top notch client satisfaction.
