Heading into our 12th year of business as SCI&D, we have over 35 years of real estate experience, with purchase/renovations beginning in Sacramento, CA in the mid 1980's. Since and in addition to Sacramento, SCI&D has successfully renovated, sold and invested in numerous properties across the greater Sonoma County area with recent expansion into Mendocino County and plans for the state of Hawaii in 2026.

SCI&D is currently on a 1-year sabbatical or "Retirement". The owner is not sure yet and just "going with the flow" enjoying relaxing, travel, time with family & friends and life in general!
