Beautiful 2-bedroom in Pineapple Grove, just minutes’ walk from downtown Delray Beach! 🌴

This one was definitely one I had to work for. After being on and off the market for nearly two years, with multiple offers and deals that ultimately fell through, getting this one to the closing table was anything but straightforward.

Even before the sale was agreed, there was plenty of negotiation directly with the buyer, and at certain points it honestly looked like the deal might not happen. But persistence paid off, and we got it done! 💪🏼

I’m especially happy for my seller, who I’ve known for 8 years and helped purchase this unit back in 2018. She has now built nearly $300K in equity from the property — a fantastic result and one I’m incredibly proud to have been a part of.

And a big thank you to the buyer, who definitely kept me on my toes throughout the negotiations with his skills! 😂 Always a pleasure when both sides are willing to work through the challenges and get a deal done.

The seller in a competitive condo market needed her investment unit to be sold, and although at the first attempt last year the seller did not get their price, we were able to get her price at the second attempt this year. A record-breaker: the highest-priced courtyard sale ever, and among the highest sales of any home type in Royal Orchid.

This one was anything but easy. The journey started six years ago with an expired listing that and I pursued. The seller initially hung up on us—but to his credit, he called back to apologize after being flooded with similar calls. From there, we built a relationship and stayed consistent.

Two years ago, we earned the opportunity to list the home. On our third attempt this year, the seller trusted our guidance on pricing and strategic upgrades. Within a week of hitting the market, we secured a full-asking offer.

Even then, it wasn’t smooth sailing—there were moments the deal could have fallen apart. But we pushed through and got it across the finish line.

JUST SOLD! I have known the owner for quite a few years and managed his properties too. As his circumstances changed and decided to move overseas, the urgency to sell became more apparent. As he does not live here anymore, he needed me to help manage everything for him and this even included adjustments to the property due to certain safety concerns from the appraisal.
