S is for Seller Concessions - and if you are not asking about them, you could be leaving money on the table.

Seller concessions happen when the seller agrees to cover some of the buyer's closing costs as part of the negotiation. In the right market conditions, this can make a real difference in how much cash a buyer needs to bring to the table at closing.

It is one of those strategies that does not always come up unless you have the right people in your corner. That is what I am here for.

If I were buying a home today, the first thing I would do is explore every loan option available before assuming I knew what I qualified for or what made the most sense.
