Her positive leadership, collaborative spirit, and dedication to helping both clients and teammates succeed make her an invaluable part of the Slavic401k family.

What fulfills her: Outside of work, Sophia loves traveling, exploring new places, and giving back through volunteer work. She shares that helping others brings her a true sense of purpose and fulfillment.
Her workplace inspiration: A special shoutout to Mannie Simmons for leading with constant patience and positivity, and a calm presence that inspires confidence during even the busiest times. She is always willing to help and provides unwavering support.
Fun Fact: She can handle a lot of things, but suspenseful music, jump scares, and dark hallways are where she draws the line. And anything with clowns...hard pass! 🎬🤡❌ Comedy movies for the win!
