Matt built the boat.

3 HB Protein Smoothies units. Signed, locked in, territory claimed before the rest of the market caught on.

The numbers tell one story:
→ $569,681 corporate gross sales per store (Item 19, 2024)
→ 31.2% EBITDA
→ 5% royalty — locked in
→ 900 sq ft. No hoods. No vents. Just blenders and a category on fire.

But the numbers aren’t why Matt signed.
