One of the most rewarding parts of this profession isn't just helping clients—it's helping people grow.

A little over two years ago, Josue Levis joined my practice as an intern. He helped develop scheduling processes, took on meaningful responsibility, and played a real role in helping my business operate more efficiently. More importantly, he approached every opportunity with professionalism, humility, and a clear desire to grow.

Josue understood early on that this internship could be more than just a temporary role — it could be the beginning of a career. And he treated it that way.

Today, he's serving as my Virtual Financial Planner.

Watching his journey from intern to teammate has been incredibly rewarding. His work ethic, humility, and commitment to learning have earned every opportunity along the way.

As of Tuesday, August 4, Katarina will be wrapping up her time with Morgan Stanley, and I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding impact she has had on my practice.

Katarina first joined me as an intern in April 2025, and from day one, she has done an exceptional job. She has supported me across many aspects of running a wealth management business and, in doing so, has helped me grow my practice while also giving me the opportunity to learn from her.

Her understanding of technology, her ability to quickly assess what needs to be done, and her skill in figuring things out efficiently and accurately have been truly impressive. She has helped me take on initiatives and responsibilities that would have been very difficult to manage alone, and her contributions have elevated the practice in a meaningful way.

Most recently, Katarina played an important role in helping find her replacement. We reviewed approximately 100 resumes, and she helped narrow the list to five candidates, coordinated Zoom interviews, and contributed thoughtfully to the decision-making process. Her professionalism, judgment, and work ethic throughout that process were outstanding.

I am very grateful that I was introduced to Katarina and feel blessed that our paths crossed. I wish her tremendous success as she begins law school in the coming weeks. I have no doubt she will do extremely well.

I also want to wish Billy the very best as he starts his third year at Florida Atlantic University. He has already benefited from great training from Katarina, and based on what I have seen so far, I am confident he will do an excellent job.

Also pictured is Lise, my assistant of the past nine years, who continues to provide invaluable support to the practice and our back office.

Thank you, Katarina, for everything you have done. You have made a lasting impact, and we are all wishing you continued success in this exciting next chapter!!

🌟🌍 In celebration of Global Volunteer Month, volunteers from three Morgan Stanley offices in Boca Raton, Florida, came together to support Boca Helping Hands, one of South Florida's largest nonprofit service providers. Working in small teams throughout the Center, employees helped assemble pantry bags that contribute to the 10,000 bags distributed each month to individuals and families in need

This Fourth of July, Michele and I are celebrating more than fireworks and red, white, and blue—we're celebrating the freedom and opportunity that make the United States so special. I never take for granted that in America, you can dream big, work hard, and build a life defined by possibility—while living in a place where liberty and safety are deeply valued.

Feeling especially blessed to call South Florida home, to share it with my beautiful wife, and to have our children and grandchildren close by. Family, faith, community, and freedom—there's nothing more meaningful ❣️

🎉 Here's to the 250th anniversary of American independence, and to honoring the sacrifices that made our freedom possible. Happy Fourth of July!

🎉 Happy Father's Day!!

This past weekend at Magic Kingdom was one of those full-circle moments I'll never forget. My wife and I visited with our son and his family—and somehow I found myself right back in time, taking my four-year-old grandson on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad… the same ride I remember taking my son on years ago.

Then my son said, "We have to try TRON." So we did.

TRON Lightcycle Run is only about 60 seconds from launch to finish, but it's an unforgettable 60 seconds—fast, sleek, and completely different from the classic Magic Kingdom feel. The forward-leaning "lightcycle" position, the immediate launch, and that low-to-the-ground speed under the glowing canopy made it feel like we were flying. The photo says it all: wind in our faces, hair pulled back, and pure adrenaline.

Grateful for the time together—and for the reminder that the best parts of fatherhood are the moments you get to relive, and the new ones you get to share ❤️
