Homeowners Are Insane!! Or Are They? Or are they crazy like foxes??

In this deal that I have been working, the Seller has raised his price over $200,000 in just 30 days! Yup... $200,000!

And you know what...he'll probably get it. Not from me, but he'll probably get it. Good for him. It's Capitalism at its finest.

The prices make no sense at all. But no one is making people pay these crazy prices. But they are!
