Approved Vs. Non Approved Condos? What does it mean?

A condo that is not approved can come with a down payment requirement of 25% of the purchase price. That doesn't mean YOU are not approved. It means the association is not following Fannie Mae Requirements to allow less than 25% down payment.

Luckily, I have a list of all approved Condos in South Florida. Which means you don't need to go through the process of contract, HOA condo approval ( costs money) to find out. I have the Approved List.
