🏡 Appraisals are getting a major update.

Starting November 2, 2026, UAD 3.6 becomes mandatory for new appraisal submissions to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Instead of traditional static forms, the new system uses a more detailed, dynamic reporting structure designed to capture more information about the property.

What does that mean? The details matter more than ever.

If a home has an updated kitchen, new flooring, remodeled bathrooms or other improvements, having clear information about those updates can help tell the complete story of the property.
