Sometimes it is hard for you as a Victim to Realize the Abuse through the Mental Fog created through Psychological Abuse, gaslighting, repeated threats and the Fear Instilled by the Abuser... For me it took a scary event that my daughter watched and experienced and alls I could remember thinking was "what would you do if someone did this to her?!" Because I never questioned the love I had for her or my Role to be her Example in this World... I couldn't get this idea out of my head... and it eventually got me to go to court, get a Restraining order and get out... It is so Critical to Love Yourself and get out! Credit for Artwork ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

It's an Unexplainable but Knowing where you are is the Key to getting where you want to go on this Journey of life. It's okay to get lost for a little bit as long as you find your way again by using your Inner Voice, Moral Compass and having Faith to help guide you along the way. Telling your Story is the most difficult yet Critical step in your healing journey for Victims of Domestic violence and Abuse. You must not only recognize the abuse for what it is and say "NO!!" to the domestic violence, shame, and silence, but say "YES!!" to self-love and support. As a survivor myself, telling my story in a room full of other survivors was the most invaluable experience... educating me and making me aware of how very wrong and abusive my partner was... it's the first step to begin the healing journey... through education, awareness and support... you start to love yourself again and find the love and Goddess life that you have always deserved Finally
