Highmark and Temple health are merging networks! Residents in southeastern PA will now be able to receive Highmark plans from us.

Temple Health will be in network with Highmark Blue Shield on Jan. 1, 2024, pending regulatory approval.

Meet Daryl Schafer! In August 2023, he will be celebrating his 22nd year with Culbertson Financial and his 8th anniversary as a Smartvestor Pro! Daryl is a Penn State alumnus with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Education. Daryl worked in the dairy and livestock industries prior to serving as State Executive Secretary of the PA FFA Association and Executive Director of the PA Christmas Tree Growers Association. At age 40, he made his debut into the financial industry with Culbertson Financial Services. He has always enjoyed teaching and has used an educational approach in working with his financial clients whether working with investments, employee benefits, Medicare, or other insurance. Daryl holds his Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses through LPL Financial as well as my Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses through PA. Dan joined Culbertson Financial Services in 2002 and has spent his entire professional career helping individuals and small business owners implement insurance and investment strategies. He takes a highly personalized approach to developing fee-based money management solutions designed to protect wealth, maintain income, reduce taxes and satisfy the estate planning goals of his clients. Dan’s ultimate goal is to simplify his clients’ financial lives and help them retire early with confidence.
