This is me at like 3yrs old, in Puerto Rico probably. I always had a life jacket on in spite of me being a great swimmer as a kid.
Health, Life and Supplemental insurance are like this life jacket. You may have marketable skills, good health and a large nest egg; all the things necessary for a strong financial position.

It’s been a while since posting here! A few updates: my mother and I have moved our base to Ritter Insurance Marking in order to have access to UPMC and a few other providers to better serve you with. I passed my AHIP at 100%! And this year I will not be a sub agent under my mom but we will be working together! Looking forward to hearing from you in the 2024 open enrollment season! 🍂

Learn something about health insurance today. We're doing a series on how health insurance applies to you and your small business.

The ACA, commonly known as the health care law, created the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP) to offer health and dental coverage to small businesses with 1 to 50 full-time and full-time equivalent employees (FTEs).

SHOP allows eligible employers to enroll through private insurance companies or with the assistance of a SHOP-registered agent or broker.

Participation in SHOP plans is typically necessary to be eligible for the Small Business Health Care Tax Credit, which can reduce premium expenses.

Employers should also be aware that other provisions of the health care law may impact them.
