What it is?

How it works?
Login to My Health Toolkit and find My Health Novel under Wellness & Care Management and Wellness Programs. You’ll take a quick assessment to match you to health goals. To access the hypertension chapter, select Lower your blood pressure.

Is there a cost?
My Health Novel is part of many BlueCross plans for free. But every health plan is different. Find your benefits in our member portal, My Health Toolkit.
