My wife and I had just moved from New York and were building our own home in the community. Before they really knew us, my sellers welcomed us in, poured us a glass of wine, gave us a full tour of the house, and treated us like old friends from day one.

Five years later… I had the honor of helping them close this chapter and begin an exciting new one.

What a journey this one was.

Through the winter market…
Through the holidays…
Late night calls, constant strategy, and even managing this deal from South Florida on New Year’s Eve…

But we stayed focused. We stayed patient. And we got it done.

In just a week and a half, my clients will be closing on their next home and starting a fresh chapter right here nearby — and I couldn’t be more excited for them.
