UPDATE 9/11/26
It's been a stressful 3 weeks and I don't know when it will end. I know clients are getting as frustrated as we are and I sincerely apologize. It's hard when you are at the mercy of someone else to fix the problem. I'm sure you understand! When you call now, the phone just rings but the calls aren't getting thru to my office and the voice mail does not answer. Please continue to text or email to reach us.

Sparklight has been out MULTIPLE times over the past 3 weeks and our phones are STILL OUT. It is beyond understanding that this has gone on so long. Please say a prayer that we have a fix soon. John
