Keith and his team were available 24-7 to answer any and all of our questions and concerns from the early steps of the paperwork to finalizing our closing costs and our loan. His team , especially Lauren B . , were totally organized , all on the same page and thoroughly communicated to us timelines , due dates and items which required our immediate attention. This is the second time we have used Cross Country and would not hesitate a second using them again for our mortgage needs!
