We’re excited to welcome Linda Dameron to the Greentree Legal team as our new Director of Operations 🎉
This role marks an important step forward for Greentree Legal, allowing us to continue delivering superior service to our clients while further streamlining and strengthening our operational efforts.
Linda brings more than 14 years of professional leadership experience, with a strong background in operational leadership, process improvement, and team development. Prior to joining Greentree Legal, she spent much of her career in the accounts receivable management industry, most recently serving as Director of Consumer Accounting at a receivables acquisition and management organization. There, she led accounting operations, strengthened internal processes, and supported organizational growth through a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and efficiency.
Linda is especially passionate about creating efficiencies through thoughtful process design and leading teams with an empathetic, people-first approach. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance, which complement her analytical and strategic leadership style.
Outside of work, Linda is actively involved in the industry and her community through volunteerism. She also enjoys spending time with her soccer-loving family, playing golf, and expressing her creativity through art.
