We’re excited to welcome Linda Dameron to the Greentree Legal team as our new Director of Operations 🎉
This role marks an important step forward for Greentree Legal, allowing us to continue delivering superior service to our clients while further streamlining and strengthening our operational efforts.
Linda brings more than 14 years of professional leadership experience, with a strong background in operational leadership, process improvement, and team development. Prior to joining Greentree Legal, she spent much of her career in the accounts receivable management industry, most recently serving as Director of Consumer Accounting at a receivables acquisition and management organization. There, she led accounting operations, strengthened internal processes, and supported organizational growth through a focus on accuracy, collaboration, and efficiency.
Linda is especially passionate about creating efficiencies through thoughtful process design and leading teams with an empathetic, people-first approach. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Finance, which complement her analytical and strategic leadership style.
Outside of work, Linda is actively involved in the industry and her community through volunteerism. She also enjoys spending time with her soccer-loving family, playing golf, and expressing her creativity through art.

Many changes are happening in our profession, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to speak and share insights at this important event. The Illinois Association of Professional Process Servers represents some of the most diligent and hardworking individuals I’ve encountered.

Process servers face tough conditions—dangerous neighborhoods, heavy traffic, and harsh weather—and still show up with professionalism and persistence. We’re truly thankful for our partnership with so many dedicated individuals in this field.

Dear Valued Colleagues and Clients,

As we closely monitor the developments of the approaching hurricane, our thoughts are with everyone in Florida and surrounding areas who may be affected. The safety and well-being of our team, their families, and our community is our top priority.

To ensure that our Florida employees can focus on staying safe during this time, GreenTree Legal will be closing our office operations on Thursday, October 10th. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed.

Welcome to February the shortest month of the year and a great reminder to guard your focus and protect your time. Our team member Nicki St.Louis has been a fierce student of this concept. We honor Nicki this month and everyday for being the heart and soul of Greentree Legal, LLC. To know Nicki is to love her patient spirit and calm demeanor. Make no mistake-she's all business and will roll up her sleeves to GET IT DONE! Working closely with Nicki these past 3 years has humbled me and helped me to understand what dedication and loyalty truly looks like. Let's honor and celebrate this beautiful human. Defendant's that avoid service are paving the way for authorizing easier service solutions in the future. Just as Judges in Texas are signing orders for posting, email and social media service, Judges in Los Angeles are taking a hard look at the outdated service by Publication method (when other methods fail) Thanks to avoiders ....email service is looking like a modern alternative for effective service.

Some legal professionals wonder if changes to the Code of Civil Procedure to allow for more alternative methods of service are in order.

I arrived at work and paused to take notice of the giant smile on my face . I was overcome with gratitude reflecting on our team of warriors at Greentree Legal, LLC. Today I celebrate our COO. I knew 5 minutes into the interview Pam Murphy-Boylan was powerful and fiercely qualified to lead Greentree as our Chief Operating Officer. Pam's been with our team since the start of 2022 and I am so proud of what we have accomplished in a short amount of time. Help me celebrate in gratitude this incredible human.
