But because apparently Google still refuses to rank businesses based on the number of polos hanging in the office.

Miles spent the day helping with the Tri-Valley Education Foundation Golf Outing.

The weather was perfect.
The event was a success.
And we're still not convinced he actually owns golf clubs.

Meanwhile, Ryan spent the day at the office working, which was probably the safer option. If you've ever seen either Scritchlow brother try to golf, you understand why they're better at insurance than they are at golf. 😆

Ryan's new review stickers have officially been ordered.....

Because apparently asking people for reviews wasn't awkward enough, now there will be stickers involved.

The good news is they'll make it easier for people to leave feedback.

The bad news is Ryan is now one step closer to putting QR codes on every flat surface he can find.

If you see a review sticker on a desk, a door, a clipboard, a BBQ smoker, or a piece of landscaping equipment...

Just know the office tried to stop him.

We failed.

Miles has already started taking bets on how long it takes before one ends up on Ryan's truck.

The office asked Ryan what he was doing on a Saturday afternoon.

The answer?

Designing review stickers.

Not fishing.
Not golfing.
Not relaxing.

Review stickers.

Most people have hobbies.

Ryan's hobby is ideas.

If you've ever wondered why he owns an insurance agency, a landscaping company, a concrete lifting company, investment properties, and somehow still ends up on community boards... this is why.

The good news is that level of obsession tends to work out pretty well for clients.

And if you know Ryan, you know he'd certainly appreciate a review. He's now invested enough time into these stickers that we're all afraid to ask what he has planned for Sunday. 😆

Turns out Ryan was named a Top 5 finalist for Best Financial Planner in the Readers' Choice Awards.

To keep him grounded, the office turned him into a bobblehead.

The plan was simple:

✅ Celebrate the nomination
✅ Prevent excessive ego growth
✅ Create a tiny version of Ryan that talks less

We're currently 2 out of 3.

In all seriousness, thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate Ryan. We genuinely appreciate the support and are honored to be recognized by our community.

Voting for the final round opens in July!

Until then, Ryan will be in the office pretending this whole bobblehead thing was someone else's idea.

Big news!!!!!

Today, the team learned that Miles has been named a Top 5 finalist for Best Insurance Agent in the Readers' Choice Awards.

If you've worked with Miles, this recognition probably won't come as much of a surprise.

Whether he's helping a family understand their coverage, answering questions after a claim, reviewing a policy, or helping a business owner protect what they've worked hard to build, Miles is known for taking the time to listen and genuinely helping people make informed decisions.

What many people don't see are the countless phone calls, meetings, policy reviews, and conversations that happen behind the scenes. Miles has spent years building relationships, earning trust, and serving clients with a commitment to doing what's right.

Being recognized as a Top 5 finalist is a reflection of the relationships he's built and the trust his clients have placed in him over the years.

Voting doesn't open until July, so today isn't about asking for votes. It's simply about celebrating a well-deserved accomplishment and saying thank you to everyone who took the time to nominate him.

Ryan spent the day in Mt. Vernon with Casey Holevoet - Country Financial, Caleb Dirks - Country Financial, and Danny Schahrer - Country Financial.
focused on learning, sharing ideas, and finding ways to better serve clients and our communities.

Of course, somewhere between the learning sessions and discussions, Casey decided to have ChatGPT create an animated version of the group.

The results were interesting.

Apparently AI looked at Casey, Caleb, and Danny and thought, "Let's give these guys a little extra hair."

Then it got to Ryan and decided accuracy was more important than creativity.

Everybody else got a hair upgrade.

Ryan got a reminder that continuous improvement has its limits.

Still, it was a great day spent with good people, learning new ideas and bringing them back home to help the people we serve.
