UPDATE: Frontier Title Company’s office is currently closed to due to the coronavirus pandemic. We are accepting visitors for prearranged closings only. If you need to deliver something, please either slip it through the crack in the doors or leave it in the box outside our office. If you need to speak with someone, please call 309-661-8833 as we will not be opening the doors between closings.
Closings
Our current closings are being done by a drive-thru method. You will be asked to complete the Visitor Health Screening Questionnaire available in the box outside our door and return to your car and call 309-661-8833 to notify us you are ready with a completed form. Once we have approved the Questionnaire, we will deliver documents to your vehicle that you are required to sign. You may call our office to ask any questions regarding the documents during your signing.
If you are coming for a closing that was prearranged to be in person, please complete the Visitor Health Screening Questionnaire and wait for someone to meet you at the door at the time of your closing. You will hand your questionnaire through the door when greeted before the door will be unlocked. All guests are required to complete this form.
REALTORS
All commission checks are being delivered to the brokerages daily if you choose not to attend the closing.
Contractors
All construction checks are being delivered via mail only. Please contact us at 309-661-8833 to arrange for payment.
Remote Online Notarization - RON
At this time, most lenders are not permitting the use of RON for our closings. We are prepared and excited to utilize this functionality once it is approved by our lender partners and underwriters.
We will continue to adapt and make changes as more information and direction is made available.
