When he's off the clock, Ted likes to golf, and spend time with his grandkids. He has 5 children and almost 9 grandchildren, and after 50 years in the industry, he still enjoys it and the relationships built along the way.

Meet Matt Morrison, Financial Planning Manager at IEM! He's the latest face in our Meet the Team series, where we introduce the people who make IEM what it is.

When he's off the clock, Matt loves spending time outside with his family, whether that's exploring a new park or hike, or a bigger adventure like traveling. If he can squeeze in a game of soccer too, that's a bonus. He and his wife have three kids, Remy (6), Nora (4), and Ollie (2), who he calls the best chaos he could ask for. Remy is the family's Lego builder, Nora is the resident comedian, and Ollie is the fearless adventurer keeping everyone on their toes.

Meet Anita Lerner, Client Experience Coordinator at IEM! She's the latest face in our Meet the Team series, where we introduce the people who make IEM what it is.

When she's off the clock, Anita likes to wake up without an alarm, ease into a quiet morning, then throw on some music or an audiobook while trying out a new recipe in the kitchen. She's also a traveler at heart and has visited 19 countries so far.

Interestingly enough, Anita isn't a coffee or tea person. She just ""slogs through the sleepiness"" until her brain catches up. And if you ask her for advice, she'll share this: pride goes before ruin, and arrogance before a fall.
