The FHFA announced the NEW maximum conforming loan limits for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for 2026.

Starting January 1, the new Conforming loan limits for 2026 are:

1 UNIT = $832,750

2 UNIT = $1,066,250

3 UNIT = $1,288,800

4 UNIT = $11,601,750
