Grines White Capital Market Update: NVIDIA's market cap crossed $3 Trillion today, surpassing Apple's value. Currently, Nvidia is the second most valuable company worldwide, Microsoft holds the top spot at $3.15 Trillion. With Nvidia's 10/1 stock split coming up on Friday we expect Nvidia to catch up and overtake Microsoft as the most valuable company by the end of July (possibly June)! While the stock split does not change the companies financials It will allow more lower stakes, retail investors a opportunity to invest without having to buy a $1200+ share!

After thorough analysis we believe the market is poised for a major down turn in the weeks and months to come. This conclusion was reached due to a multitude of factors.

1. The geopolitical climate continues to deteriorate with multiple wars that will likely keep escalating and potentially drag other nation states into the conflicts.

2. Inflation is not slowing down and the average American family is struggling with the price hikes. This will lead to American families cutting out their “wants” in order to pay for their “needs”.

3. The US dollar will continue to weaken as the government prints more and more money.

4. As the 2024 election nears the American political machine continues to divide and polarize US citizens. This is a major source of fear and anxiety which will lead to Americans becoming extremely frugal.

5. Gold and Bitcoin will continue to rise for the foreseeable future as more and more Americans are loosing faith in our government agencies.

Nvidia (NVDA) continues to crush all analyst estimates and is close to hitting $2 Trillion in MC! Our analysis shows there is still a lot more growth potential over the next 2-3 years, and we believe it has the potential to become the most valuable company in the world (by MC) by 2030!

2024 Market Predictions:

1. Nvidia (NVDA) continues its explosive growth, surpasses $700 a share and potentially reaches $2T in MC

2. AMD will benefit greatly from the AI chip demand even though their tech in 2-3 years behind Nvidia. Nvidia will be unable to supply enough chips to meet demand and AMD will reap the reward!

3. Eli Lily (LLY) and Novo Nordisk (NVO) will be adversely affected do to the rise of compounding pharmacies making GLP-1 peptides. They only have patents on the dose and delivery mechanism, they cannot patent a peptide which allows smaller compounding pharmacies to make the exact same peptides! This will set the stage for VERY large lawsuits for years to come.

4. Inflation will force more and more people to budget just to make ends meet. Unnecessary expenses and luxury brands will be adversely affected. Discount brands and wholesalers like Walmart Costco and Aldi will benefit seeing an influx of cost conscious customers.
