Our office, along with the stock market, will be closed today in observance of the holiday. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.

Yesterday, Appalachian Wealth Management was honored to attend the Isaiah 117 House fundraiser.

It was an excellent event and a meaningful opportunity to hear from the speakers, learn more about the organization’s mission, and better understand the important work they are doing to serve children and families in our community.

We are grateful for organizations like Isaiah 117 House and for the dedicated individuals who work to make a lasting impact. Appalachian Wealth Management is proud to support such a worthy cause.

This past weekend, we were proud to celebrate Josh’s graduation from Young Harris College, where he earned two bachelor’s degrees: a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. 🎓

Josh’s dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence have been inspiring to watch, and we could not be more proud of this incredible achievement. Please join us in congratulating Josh on this exciting milestone and wishing him continued success in the next chapter ahead! 👏✨

This past Friday, Chase had the privilege of participating in the Shoot for the Stars Golf Tournament in support of student scholarships at Union County High School.

Events like this are a wonderful reminder of what makes our community so special—neighbors, businesses, and sponsors coming together to invest in the next generation.

Big thanks to everyone who helped make the tournament such a success. We’re proud of Chase for representing Appalachian Wealth Management and supporting such a meaningful cause.

ATTENTION Blairsville and Union County Residents! 🚨

As you are aware, road construction projects have begun around the county with many more proposed projects in the works to begin in the coming years. As these projects progress, Union County, Georgia Government has been working with the Georgia Mountains Regional Commission to conduct community surveys in order to better serve the residents and visitors of this county in the coming years.

As the traffic continues to increase in the community, it is important that we make sure our roads remain safe for all of us as we make our way to work, church, school, and back home again! Please take some time to fill out this survey concerning the future of our infrastructural needs!

Yesterday, we had the privilege of providing breakfast for the teachers at Union County Schools in honor of Teacher Appreciation Week.

It was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and give back to the educators who pour so much time, care, and dedication into our students and community.

Important Traffic update on Pat Haralson!! Please read below!

TRAFFIC ALERT – New Traffic Pattern at the intersection of Deep South Farm Road and Pat Haralson, commonly referred to as the Pat Haralson Roundabout.

Beginning on Friday, May 8, 2026, traffic at the intersection of Deep South Farm Road and Pat Haralson Road will be shifted into the new roundabout configuration. The previous traffic pattern will no longer exist. Construction is still underway, but the traffic pattern shift is necessary now.

Important Driver Information:

Traffic inside the circle has the right-of-way. Vehicles entering must yield to circulating traffic.

Reduce speed when approaching the roundabout and use caution when entering the new traffic pattern.
