If you are unsure that you have damage - it may be a good idea to contact a qualified local contractor before filing a claim.

Be cautious of door-to-door salesmen who want you to sign a contract immediately - do not sign a contract authorizing the contractor to "handle your claim" on your behalf.

Congratulations to my son-in-law Jon Williams for a very successful first year as head coach for the wrestling program in Underwood, Iowa!

Jon and my daughter Amanda (cheerleading coach) put a lot of time, work and dedication into the wrestling program.
