If you have looked at our logo, you have already met Ryder, our family’s German Shorthaired Pointer. In the field, a pointer’s entire purpose is to lock in, cut through the noise, and point you in exactly the right direction. That is the exact philosophy I used to launch GuardPoint Advisors, LLC. Following a successful 27-year career helping build a local legacy agency, the business was sold. I realized that the best way to truly serve my clients was to step out on my own and build a fully independent agency from scratch. I’ve always loved the "underdog" scenario—there is nothing more rewarding than standing by a client's side on Day 1 and watching their family or business grow securely over the years. As a lifelong Minnesota resident, GuardPoint is my way of delivering absolute clarity, uncompromised data protection, and premier market access to the communities I call home.

When I am not auditing policy forms or negotiating client claims with carriers, my life is fully centered around my family and the incredible Minnesota outdoors. My husband and I are kept beautifully busy running between our eldest daughter’s volleyball tournaments and our youngest daughter’s competitive dance competitions. As a family, we are happiest when we are completely unplugged—spending our weekends camping, riding ATVs, fishing, working in the garden, and enjoying quality time together. I understand the risks you face because I live them right alongside you.
